So far, the new missions, gear, and strikes have been a plentiful bounty for fans of the game, and Destiny diehards are sure to block off the majority of their weekends in order to take on Oryx in the new and much vaunted King’s Fall raid....

Based on its reveal earlier today, Bungie is planning on evolving Destiny 2 into more of a platform rather than releasing numbered sequels like Destiny 3 every few years. That plan begins in full this September with the first expansion known as Beyond Light. Players will be heading to the frozen moon Europa where the Darkness, Fallen, and plenty of secrets await. Destiny 2’s live event Solstice of Heroes kicked off Tuesday, with the main grind of the event involving upgrading armor sets from Uncommon all the way up to Legendary Masterworked versions. One of the first tasks to take the armor from Uncommon to Rare involves collecting what are called Elemental Orbs, which drop from enemies when players have the Solstice of Heroes armor equipped. While these orbs will drop while playing through numerous activities in the game, here’s a great farming method to collect orbs and fill those progress bars....
