Fans of British publisher/developer Codemasters have been a bit worried since news of EA acquiring the studio broke. EA’s track record of obtaining and then closing studios is well known, so there was every reason to believe that this once solid studio would meet an untimely fate in the future. Thankfully, that doesn’t seem to be the case according to EA CEO Andrew Wilson. Speaking to MCV UK, Wilson said, “Similar to Respawn, our orientation isn’t to come in and take over Codemasters; our orientation isn’t to come in and turn Codemasters into another Electronic Arts studio; our orientation is around the provision of opportunity....

Unlike games such as Valorant, where skins are bought directly from a store and are infinite, in Counter-Strike: Global Offensive knives and many other items are only created when players open cases. This causes real-money skin prices to reflect supply and demand. This means knives can be a costly purchase. According to Skincashier, the most expensive known knife sale was a StatTrak M9 Bayonet, Crimson Web, Factory New, which cost in excess of $60,000....

Cyberpunk 2077 has five distinct skills: body, reflexes, technical ability, intelligence, and cool. All of these attributes also have specific perks locked within them - a body perk might prevent enemies from knocking you down, while a cool perk could ensure that you cannot be detected underwater. Interestingly, there’s a sixth node on the Cyberpunk 2077 character customization screen - and it’s totally empty. Video game artist Aziz Dosmetov posts images online of concept boards for what appears to be a trailer for Destiny 2, though he claims the pitch was rejected. Similar to The Whisper and Zero Hour missions, Season of the Hunt’s Harbinger mission has a unique Exotic ship for Guardians to chase. Named the Radiant Accipiter, this ship contains multiple feather decals that make it loosely based on Hawkmoon. Earning this ship will require you to complete the Bird of Prey quest in its entirety.
