Destiny 2 is still a few weeks out from its official launch, but developer Bungie is already looking to shake up the FPS series’ gameplay with additional changes. As previously announced, Nightfall raids are returning to the sequel, and the game will lock loadouts inside the Nightfall in efforts to inspire more calculated thinking. Now, Bungie has made the already difficult PvE activity all the more challenging by confirming that players will be forced to complete the weekly Nightfall Strike before a timer runs out....

Just in case you didn’t know yet, Cardnarok: Raid With Gods - a Slay the Spire-esque deckbuilding roguelite card game - has been released into Early Access. So you should get on that. Earlier today, Bloomberg reporter Jason Schreier broke the news that CD Projekt Red is mandating its employees take on six-day workweeks leading up to the release of the highly-anticipated Cyberpunk 2077 in November. This report, which led the studio to begin trending on Twitter, comes after it previously announced it would not be requiring its employees to “crunch,” or take excessive overtime, after CD Projekt Red received backlash for utilizing the practice on games like The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt....

Clive Barker is having a busy year. In addition to the Books of Blood adaptation at Hulu, a Hellraiser series in development in HBO, and the imminent release of his newest novel Deep Hill, the long-awaited reboot of Nightbreed is finally moving ahead. Michael Dougherty (Trick ‘r Treat, Krampus, Godzilla: King of the Monsters) is now attached as a director, writer, and executive producer for Nightbreed, which retools Barker’s cult 1990 horror film into a TV series....

The sequel movie, which wrapped filming back in November 2019, was directed by Craig Brewer (Empire), who worked off a screenplay by Kenya Barris (Black-ish). It also happened to served as a quick reunion with star Eddie Murphy, who Brewer directed in Netflix’s biographically-based 2019 comedy, Dolemite is My Name. The team will soon see audiences caught up with the ongoing exploits of Eddie Murphy’s Prince Akeem of fictional African nation Zamunda some 30 years (per the actual passage of time,) after the events of Coming to America....

Well, Apex Legends players are often sadly disappointed when they open the Health Kits menu, as it has been completely blank – and that’s going to hurt in a battle royale game. To say that Marvel’s Avengers has had a rough go at things since it launched in September would be an understatement. One of 2020’s biggest surprises was Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time, the canonical follow-up to Naughty Dog’s Crash Bandicoot: Warped for the PS1.
