Just yesterday, Starbreeze Studios and Behaviour Interactive confirmed the release of Dead by Daylight’s Saw-themed DLC by way of a brief reveal trailer that introduced fans to the expansion’s Killer, The Pig. Now, the publisher and developer have put out a brand new video that details the add-on’s content in order to teach players the set of rules that the new Killer brings to the Realm of the Entity. As seen below in Dead by Daylight’s Saw Chapter Spotlight video, fans of the asymmetrical multiplayer survival-horror game can dive deeper into the world of The Pig, the new Survivor David Tapp, and the fresh Gideon Meat Plant map....

Arkane Studios’ newest first-person, time-bending, action game Deathloop has been highly anticipated after making a huge splash at E3 2019. Deathloop was once slated for a 2020 release, but a recent delay pushed the game into next year, and an all-new trailer has given eager fans a concrete release date to look forward to. Earlier today, the Bethesda Softworks YouTube channel published a trailer for Deathloop that shows off a bit more gameplay and announced a new release date....

Bluepoint Games’ next gen remake of Demon’s Souls is looking to be a stellar re-invention, but beyond the remake itself, it could have some major implications for the future of the Souls franchise as a whole. Of course, this refers mainly to the Dark Souls series, but includes Bloodborne as well to a certain extent. Now, Demon Slayer The Movie has set the record for the second-biggest weekend in Japanese box office history with a total gross of over 10 billion yen. Demon Slayer The Movie crossed the 10 billion yen mark, approximately US$95 million, after just ten days of playing in theaters across Japan, making it the fastest film to do so....

Now that Destiny 2 players are getting the hang of the Scourge of the Past raid, it’s time to learn all about the challenges that players can take on for each encounter. One challenge for the Insurrection Prime boss fight, called To Each Their Own, is one of the easier raid challenges Bungie has designed but it requires a little coordination. To complete this Destiny 2 raid challenge, each member of the team needs to break one of the Insurrection Prime’s shield weak points....

As the Destiny 2 Beta draws closer, more is being revealed about different aspects of the game. Gamers now get their first glance at footage of the classic Destiny 1 Voidwalker Warlock class, retooled for the sequel. There are a few changes that fans will want to take note of. While the footage, from IGN, does not show the full subclass screen where players would be able to see perks and available selections, there are a few things to notice in the Destiny 2 footage....

Destiny 2 welcomes Season of the Splicer and its new synthwave aesthetic. Especially when it comes to the new seasonal weapons which all have delightful neon pink and green splashes to spice up what would otherwise be a dull gunmetal grey. There are a ton of new perks to keep on the lookout for, such as the new grenade-focused Adrenaline Junkie and accuracy-boosting Heating Up, but those might not be the best-in-slot perks for each weapon....

Bungie has already promised that when Destiny 2 arrives on PC, the game will look phenomenal, offering 4K support and an uncapped framerate, but it has now been confirmed that this is not the only thing that the developer is doing in order to ensure that its game looks great on the platform. It has been revealed that Bungie is also working with Nvidia’s GeForce brand of GPUs (Graphics Processing Units) so that the science fiction shotoer offers HDR (High Dynamic Range) and SLI (Scalable Link Interface) support....

Destiny 2 may introduce a brand new currency if a hands-on with Bungie’s upcoming first-person shooter is to be believed. Bungie made several announcements about its highly anticipated game today, including the fact that the title will have Guided Games. In playing Destiny 2, following the gameplay reveal event earlier today, Game Rant came across something called Strange Dust. A currency that will feature in the sequel in some capacity, the official description attached to it reads “Used to improve or trade for other items....

Although Destiny is different from the typical MMO in many ways, it is similar in that it offers both a PvE and PvP environment for its players. For lots of reasons, the PvE missions and raids are the more popular part of the game, but the PvP offerings are still a major source of entertainment for some players. Unfortunately, a few different ways for players to cheat makes the competitive environment in Destiny more frustrating than it’s worth sometime....

Destiny’s next big update, expected to come out next week, will make many changes to the game including a nerf to the much-debated Sunbreaker Titan subclass. Bungie has already detailed some of the changes coming to Destiny in the December update, which is expected later this month, including a wide weapon rebalancing and the addition of new and refreshed exotic weapons. Today, Bungie has also announced that the Destiny December update will bring changes to the Titan’s three subclasses, which includes a nerf to Sunbreakers....

With Marvel Studios ramping up its production of films for its Phase 4 of development, there has been much discussion regarding which characters from previous Marvel Cinematic Universe projects will be making a return. One character whose definitive absence has been confirmed is Brock Rumlow or Crossbones, the HYDRA operative played by Frank Grillo in Captain America: The Winter Soldier and Civil War. The Kingdom actor told Variety that, as far as he’s concerned, his time playing Crossbones has come to an end....

Adi Shankar, the producer of the new Castlevania animated series recently announced by Netflix, has unveiled the first piece of artwork associated with the project. As fans of the franchise might expect, a massive gothic castle and an enormous blood moon are prominent on the poster. The Castlevania series was announced earlier this month, with a 2017 release date for the first set of episodes. When Shankar shared the new poster on Facebook, he reiterated that the series will debut on Netflix later this year....

The final season of HBO’s Game of Thrones received generally negative reviews from viewers and critics, leading some fans to launch a petition calling on the network to remake the last season. Now, former series regular Charles Dance has expressed his own disappointment with the final season of Game of Thrones and weighed in on the aforementioned petition. Based on the novels in writer George R. R. Martin’s A Song of Ice and Fire series, HBO’s television adaptation of Game of Thrones initially received praise and accolades as it grew a passionate fanbase and record viewership for the network....

The PlayStations 4 and 5 have seen plenty of memorably artsy indie games released in recent times, such as Haven and Maquette, and soon they will have another. That’s because Wandersong creator Greg Lobanov has confirmed that his next project, the puzzle-adventure game Chicory: A Colorful Tale, is set to come to the PS4 and PS5, as well as PC and Mac, sometime this spring. Set in a cartoon world that’s lost all its color, Chicory tasks players with restoring it with the aid of a magic paintbrush....

Arknights, a tower defense mobile gacha made by Chinese developers Studio Montagne and Hypergryph, has announced a collaboration with Ubisoft’s Rainbow Six Siege. Although the actual date has yet to be announced, the collaboration is set to take place sometime in 2021. The collaboration was announced during a “Thank You Celebration” broadcast for the game’s Chinese server. Like its contemporary Genshin Impact, Arknights has enjoyed explosive popularity since its release, both globally and in China....

Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Endgame concluded with Steve Rogers retiring from his role as Captain America, seemingly bringing an end to the First Avenger’s story. However, Chris Evans is now reportedly in talks to reprise his role in Captain America in a future MCU project. After the Avengers successfully reverse Thanos’ decimation by traveling back in time to retrieve the infinity stones for themselves, Steve Rogers takes it upon himself to travel throughout the past in order to return the gems to the point where they were taken....

Hot on the heels of Ninjas in Pijamas, Complexity Gaming has formally announced its roster for VALORANT. Their first official tournament will take place at the Valorant Ignition Series taking place at the PAX Arena Valorant Invitational from July 22-26. The team itself has mixed former competitive players from other games, which is a common theme among teams at the moment.
