With the recent release of Dead by Daylight on next-gen consoles, Behaviour Interactive wanted to reach out to fans to show what kind of changes and upgrades they can expect to come as the game lands on PS5 and Xbox Series X. In an interview with Game Rant, Behaviour Interactive’s Head of Partnerships Mathieu Cote spoke about a few things under the hood. As the game continues to update with new chapters bringing new killers, Dead by Daylight will keep evolving and pushing forward as it jumps to next-gen....

Behavior Interactive has revealed some major upcoming changes for Dead by Daylight in the January developer update, including information on the rework for The Clown, and changes to the Wraith and Trapper. The Clown changes have been anticipated by the community for some time now, and we now know what to expect soon. The rework for the Killer is centered around his key ability, which is his throwable bottles, both in their function, reload time and overall strategy for how best to hunt down and sacrifice Survivors....

Hideo Kojima’s Death Stranding remains one of Sony’s most intriguing games and with E3 2018 right around the corner, even more details are likely right around the corner. Knowing the anticipation that awaits his latest game, Kojima has begun to tease fans by posting an image of his desktop computer with a single file name that clearly indicates an E3 trailer is coming. One such character sure to be in the next trailer is Mads Mikkelsen, who recently spoke about his time working with Kojima on the game....

Deliver Us The Moon is continuing its mission to reach as many players as possible. Last week, it was announced that the science fiction space exploration title will be launching on Nintendo Switch later this year. This news follows the recent (and successful) release of the game on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, having initially been released on PC last year. While the console version still has a few quirks, overall, Deliver Us The Moon plays better with a controller....

Resourceful Destiny: The Taken King players detail how to maximize their score for this week in the Challenge of the Elders using a specific subclass build. It’s the second week since the much anticipated April Update launched for Destiny: The Taken King and that means all activities have been reset. In addition to new weekly activities and bounties, players have new opportunities to collect Sterling Treasures, and more importantly, new challenges to overcome in the renovated Prison of Elders area if the reef....

It’s safe to say that for Destiny, the last year has been full of ups and downs. The game’s highs included massive hype at launch when it introduced a unique first person shooter MMO experience, but it hit lows when gamer criticism stabbed at the poor execution of Destiny’s first two expansions. So as Bungie prepares to enter Year 2 of Destiny, the developer is naturally looking to incorporate player feedback and inject new energy into Destiny, starting with next month’s expansion, The Taken King....

As with all loot-based games, Destiny 2 has a plethora of items to chase. Exotic weapons and powerful sets of armor are the core pillars of Destiny’s loot game. These items can be found in activities such as Strikes or Crucible. Alternatively, they can be earned through quests. Not all quests are created equal, however. Many quests in Destiny 2 are a slog of fetch-quest objectives that lead to some sort of reward....

The Loaded Question fusion rifle is one of three pinnacle weapons available in Season 5 of Destiny 2, the other two being The Mountaintop grenade launcher and the Breakneck auto rifle. Loaded Question is earned from Zavala, with players progressing the quest by completing objectives in strikes or Nightfall playlists. Loaded Question is probably the weakest of the three pinnacle weapons newly added to Destiny 2, but like the others, it offers a unique perk that isn’t seen on other fusion rifles....

The latest expansion, Forsaken, has finally arrived on Destiny 2, and eager Guardians are raring to jump into the action, accumulate loot, and challenge the new raid. What they might not expect is that the raid is not readily available, and Guardians will have earn their way in. Players will need to make their way to the Dreaming City, the hub for the newest raid in Destiny 2, but not before completing a series of challenges....

For Destiny 2 players who never earned the Whisper of the Worm sniper rifle or the Outbreak Perfected pulse rifle, now is the time to get them. Both of these exotics are earned through special exotic missions, The Whisper and Zero Hour, respectively. When these missions first debuted, they were some of the hardest content in the game, and except for the most hardcore of PvE players, required a full fireteam to get through and earn these top-tier exotics....

There’s still a ways to go before Season 13 of Destiny 2, Season of the Chosen, draws to a close. Still, players are already looking forward to what’s next, so the development team at Bungie recently posted information on plans for the rest of the year. Among the previews of upcoming content is a look at Season 14 and the long-awaited return of the Vault of Glass. The ability to explore the depths of Venus once more has been teased by Bungie for a while now, but now it is confirmed that Destiny 2 players will get their chance this summer in Season 14....

Destiny 2 players were treated to a surprise this week when a mysterious quest went live and eventually led to a new mission. More importantly, that secret mission, much like the Whisper of the Worm quest before it, unlocked a new exotic weapon for players in the form of Outbreak Perfected. For those that might not be familiar, the Outbreak Perfected quest culminates in a mission called Zero Hour that gives players 20 minutes to complete some intense platforming and puzzle-solving, bookended by battles with Fallen enemies....

Following Destiny 2’s Be Bold clan’s World First completion of the Crown of Sorrow raid, it appears that the challenge runs for the latest raid have begun, and now two YouTubers known as Vendetta and Gigz have claimed the World First completion of a two-man Gahlran challenge. According to Vendetta, this challenge took the pair about 30 hours to iron out and was one of the most intense challenges he has ever taken part in....

Destiny 2: Beyond Light, Season of the Chosen brings with it new Seasonal Challenges. Seasonal Challenges are a set of weekly challenges that offer Bright Dust, XP, and sometimes War Table Reputation. These Seasonal Challenges can be completed as they are introduced each week, or they can be completed any time after their introduction. This allows Guardians who do not play Destiny 2 every week to still be able to progress without missing too much....

Destiny 2 fans have found some cool callbacks to a classic Destiny strike in Destiny 2’s summer content, leading up to the next major expansion Destiny 2: Beyond Light. The Season of Arrivals content, which Bungie detailed earlier in the year, has kept players busy trying to acquire the Forerunner title by unlocking Triumphs in the game. One such method is by completing the Interference missions: Ritual, Relic, and Crystal....

To celebrate the spookiest month of the calendar year, Bungie has finally brought the Festival of the Lost to Destiny 2 players. Once a yearly event inside of the previous game, Festival of the Lost brings its familiar purple glow to Guardians of the Tower as well as all of the goofy masks, new Triumphs, and gear like the newly added Horror Story Legendary Auto Rifle. It’s not all about gear and items, however, as the Festival this year introduces a new quest line that has players acting as detectives to figure out who or what murdered Master Ives, the former cryptarch stationed at the Vestian Outpost in The Reef....

Bungie’s latest Destiny patch nerfs the recharge time for the Sleeper Simulant fusion rifle, making it nearly impossible for players to solo Oryx in the King’s Fall raid. Even though Bungie’s most recent Destiny patch introduced a lot of improvements to the game, it seems it’s also created a few issues for players. According to one gamer, the 2.1.0 patch has made it nearly impossible to solo Oryx, the primary antagonist of the King’s Fall raid....

Street Fighter X Tekken, despite being a crossover of two of the biggest fighting game franchises in history, has been met with more than its fair share of complaints and criticisms. Though, in reality, many of the complaints are directed at Capcom - rather than the game itself. While Capcom has made a number of mistakes with Street Fighter X Tekken, it could be said that they didn’t completely ruin the game for everyone who still wanted to play it....

Crossroads Inn, the real-time tavern simulator that’s been out on PC since 2019, is making the jump to Xbox One and Xbox Series X/S. Pre-orders go live on May 12, with the game hitting the Microsoft storefront on May 19. Developer Klabater’s special porting team has been working with Microsoft for over a year to bring their tavern tycoon game to console. The game has been re-engineered for controllers and will feature all the same enhancements that the PC version of the game has received over the past year and a half....
