Chris Lomas, a gamer from Bicknacre, a village in Essex, England, has raised over £1,300 for brain tumor research after a 24-hour stream on Twitch in which he played Sea of Thieves and Tom Clancy’s Rainbow Six: Siege. The 28-year-old, who is known as UnknownTrepidation on Twitch, took part in The Brain Tumour Charity’s Game, Over for Brain Tumours, as a tribute to his dad who died in March 2019. After being diagnosed with glioblastoma in January 2019, Chris’s father succumbed to the illness just a few months later....

The Civilization 6: New Frontier Pass is a series of DLC packs for Firaxis’ historical strategy title, which will be released bimonthly from May 2020 to March 2021. This Civ 6 DLC lineup will eventually include eight new Civilizations, nine new leaders, and six new game modes. The second of these new game modes has recently been announced and will release as part of the Ethiopia Pack for players who’ve bought the Season Pass....

Recently, Square Enix trademarked a ‘Collection of Mana’ in Japan, potentially signaling that a new compilation of classic Mana games might be released soon. However, at the time, there was no sign of this possible release coming to the West. Now, Square Enix appears to be amending that, as it has filed a trademark for the same Collection of Mana in Europe. So far, the same trademark has not been extended to the United States....

Destiny 2’s PvPvE Gambit mode is set to receive a number of quality-of-life changes when the Gambit-themed Season of the Drifter begins on March 5`dfdf In this week’s developer blog, Bungie previewed some of the changes that players can expect, which the developer says came directly from player feedback.
