It’s been a busy week for Halo 4 news - but one of the more exciting, and surprising, teases occurred on early Tuesday when it was revealed that new details on Master Chief’s next adventure would be unearthed by Conan O’Brien. Scenes from an allegedly canceled Crash Bandicoot animated series have leaked online, causing a wave of disappointment to hit long-time fans of the franchise. The short clip featuring Crash’s origin story offers a glimpse of what the modern-day Crash Bandicoot cartoon could have offered. The scene stars Dr. Neo Cortex as he genetically mutates Crash into the zany, crate-smashing marsupial audiences know today. The art direction of the clip differs quite a bit from Toys for Bob’s well-received Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time, instead opting for a more vintage animation style....

When it comes to graphical capabilities, current gen consoles lag quite behind the capabilities of a modern gaming PC, thanks to the fact that the Xbox 360 released well over seven years ago. The graphical gap between the platforms has been growing wider in recent years and now, according to Crytek, consoles have no hope of catching up now or in the future. With the visually impressive Crysis 3 - the third installment in a series that’s continually pushed the bounds of video game graphics - releasing today, Crytek CEO Cevat Yerli shared his thoughts on consoles, stating that they will never be able to come close to the high spec performance of today’s or the future’s gaming PCs....

Three months ago, when it was officially confirmed that CD Projekt RED would be at E3 2018, many began to speculate on what the developer would be showing off during the event. The most popular suggestion was Cyberpunk 2077, its upcoming cyberpunk RPG. Now, as developers continue to finalize their E3 2018 plans, new evidence suggests that CD Projekt RED is indeed going to be making a Cyberpunk 2077 announcement at the show....

Polish developer CD Projekt Red is known for creating lavishly detailed games that push the limits of the hardware they are on. As such, titles from the studio tend to take a while to release. The latest game from the developer, Cyberpunk 2077, is one such game that has been teased and worked on for almost a decade. Originally slated for release earlier this year before getting pushed back to September, it seems one more delay is in order before the game’s eventual release....

This should really come as no surprise, but Keanu Reeves’ role in the upcoming Cyberpunk 2077 has made a film adaptation far more probable. The actor, whose appearance was a surprise at E3 2019, is heavily involved in the game and creator Mike Pondsmith reckons his featuring has upped the chances of a movie stemming from the franchise. The Witcher has already been confirmed for a Netflix series without having a big Hollywood name tied to it so the possibility of Cyberpunk making it to the big screen should be greater now that a star like Reeves is part of it....

Cyberpunk 2077 features a variety of different weapons, including power, tech, and smart guns, all of which have their own specific benefits. The catch is that each of these weapon types can only be equipped if you have the corresponding cyberware, which can make it difficult to actually use them if you’re not totally sure on what you need to do so. Bloober Team has officially unveiled its plans for Observer: System Redux. After a week of teasers for the next-gen console version of the cyberpunk horror game, Bloober has made a full reveal. Observer: System Redux is not only getting a complete visual overhaul to take advantage of next-gen performance, but is also adding much more. The first addition for Observer: System Redux is what it describes as “enhanced gameplay.” Exactly what this descriptor means isn’t wholly clear, but players hope it means some polish for some of the game’s more frustrating sequences....

Whilst exploring post-apocalyptic Oregon in Days Gone, Deacon will find nests of freaks. These are called Infestation Nests. You will find them scattered all over the map. Destroying them will reward you with XP, Trust and new fast travel routes. Chemult College is located in the Southern region of Crater Lake. When you first arrive in the area, the college is not accessible due to barricades surrounding the perimeter. After completing the mission ‘So Many Of Them’, Deacon will be able to enter the college and clear the nests....
