With Cyberpunk 2077 launching on December 10, CD Projekt Red has released the tracklists for the game’s soundtrack. Registration is now live for the Steam private beta for Ghostrunner, the upcoming cyberpunk action video game that received a slick new 30-second trailer for this year’s Gamescom virtual event. The private beta is set to begin in mid-September and, to participate, interested gamers must first join the official Ghostrunner Discord server and then fill out a form on a specially created Google doc. Only a fraction of applicants will be selected to participate in the beta, and the lucky few will receive a private message on the Ghostrunner Discord to confirm the accuracy of their information....

Dead by Daylight has reached a new milestone by surpassing 100,000 concurrent players on Steam on June 30. Demon’s Souls hides its weapon upgrade system behind a few different barriers that will keep a wide variety of players from ever truly experiencing it. Destiny 2 will lock player loadouts on certain activities, developer Bungie reveals. Bungie has been steadily detailing more about the game in the run up to its release, recently showing off its social space, The Farm. Speaking in a recent interview, Destiny 2 director Luke Smith confirmed that for some activities in the game, players will be “loadout locked” and they will be unable to change. Smith said that for the difficulty level at the “pinnacle” of the game, Bungie has tried to make it a “much tougher game....

In the weeks and months leading up to the release of Destiny 2, fans will hear a lot about the new subclasses in the sequel, and rightly so. While a lot of Destiny 2 should be familiar to veterans, the new subclasses are a major selling point for the game, offering new gameplay opportunities and ways to interact with the PvE and PvP systems. Alongside those new subclasses, Destiny 2 will also offer revamped versions of three original subclasses: the Striker Titan, Voidwalker Warlock, and Gunslinger Hunter....

Originally planned to go live December 12, the monthly Faction Rally event has been postponed due to the fact that those without Curse of Osiris would have been locked out of the event.
