Crysis Remastered still doesn’t have a specific release date, but Crytek today announced its highly anticipated remaster will arrive on consoles and PC this fall. We’re less than a month away from the release of Cyberpunk, and although it should have been released by Thursday, we’re being told from many sources that CD Projekt Red has no plans to further delay what is probably the most hotly-anticipated game of the century. Spike Chunsoft is packaging up all three Danganronpa games, along with another new one, and launching them as a collection for Switch this December 3. Danganronpa Decadence is the original trilogy with the Danganronpa S: Ultimate Summer Camp board game added as a standalone game pulled from Danganronpa V3. During this year’s digital E3, Spike Chunsoft announced it would bring Danganronpa to Nintendo Switch as a collection packaged with all of the games....

Hideo Kojima’s games have a reputation for having complicated, confusing stories, and many are expecting the same from his next title, Death Stranding. To get an idea of just how hard to follow the Death Stranding story will be, even one of the game’s actors, Mads Mikkelsen, is struggling to fully understand the plot. “[Hideo Kojima] was trying to tell me the full plot of the game. And it’s so elaborate that I got lost, but I really wanted to learn more right then,” said Mads Mikkelsen, who is playing a mysterious character in Death Stranding thought to be the game’s primary antagonist....

You’d better be ready to die a lot in Arkane Studios’ next game Deathloop, as the title’s campaign designer said the game is basically Arkane Lyon’s Bloodborne. Of course, dying will be fun in Deathloop, and things will never go the way you planned. More than that, it’ll inspire you to visit old Arkane releases and see them in a new light. Deathloop is about a timeloop, which can be broken only when you assassinate all eight targets in just one day....

Deathloop, at PlayStation’s State of Play, received a stylish new theme song akin to the likes of spy thriller James Bond. Many are already throwing out comparisons, calling it a Bond-like Dishonored. With IO Interactive even developing its own game based on the British spy, it seems as though he’s bleeding into pop culture once more, specifically gaming. The song’s main focus is ‘deja vu,’ given that the game is all about bending the rules of time as you run and gun in glorious FPS fashion, but it also features some slick animated visuals to boot that are certainly inspired by the James Bond intro sequences....
