Dungeons and Dragons has influenced countless franchises in a variety of mediums since its release in 1974. While playing Dark Souls 3, one fan discovers a camera glitch for From Software’s action-RPG that changes the game’s perspective to that of a Diablo title. For those Dark Souls 3 fans who want to add yet another wrinkle of difficulty to From Software’s most recent release, they would do well to utilize a glitch found by YouTuber Kappamari that positions the game’s camera directly above the main character. As it turns out, once the glitch goes into effect, Dark Souls 3 still retains its somber, eerie atmosphere and punishing gameplay, but with the combination of the bird’s eye view and action-RPG elements playing off of one another, it’s hard to not see parallels between From Software’s title and one of the entries from Blizzard Entertainment’s Diablo franchise....
Dawn of the Planet of the Apes is the second installment in Matt Reeves trilogy which served as a reboot. The series starts with the story of these apes gaining sentience whereas the tv series and 20th Century Fox movies before it started long afterwards. The trilogy is also notable for telling its story with apes being the protagonists instead of humans. The first movie in the trilogy, Rise of the Planet of the Apes, is worth watching but is not necessary viewing before the strongest second entry which fills in the backstory of the first in a subtle and effective way....

Crash Bandicoot: On The Run saw over 8 million downloads on its official launch day, and things haven’t slowed down since. In the week following its release, On The Run managed to reach the 24 million install milestone. The news comes from Sensor Tower, which reached out to TheGamer with its latest data. “Following its official launch on March 25 and up to March 31, the title has now generated close to 24 million downloads across the App Store and Google Play,” said Craig Chapple, mobile insights strategist at Sensor Tower....
The 1.1 patch for Crusader Kings 3 goes live on Tuesday, and it is a massive update. Developer Paradox Interactive takes its time creating each entry into the Crusader Kings franchise, as this is only the third since 2004. But just because the game has been in development for many years doesn’t mean that it won’t continue to be supported. Crusader Kings 3 reviewed remarkably well, receiving 10/10 scores from some publications....
The last few months haven’t been the greatest for CD Projekt Red to say the least. The long awaited launch of Cyberpunk 2077 ended up being a disaster, especially on consoles, resulting in the game being removed from the PlayStation store entirely and several refunds being issued. As a result, stock prices dropped dramatically, and recently it was revealed that hackers stole valuable company information, including the source code to The Witcher 3, Gwent, and Cyberpunk 2077....
