For the last few days, it’s been a mystery as to why Ray Fisher, the actor who played Cyborg in Justice League, “forcefully” retracted his praise for Joss Whedon’s reshoots for the 2017 film, but today Fisher elaborated, accusing Whedon of abuse during the production. Destiny 2 players looking to get a boost on their Gambit Infamy rank will get a helping hand starting next week. Bungie has announced that Double Infamy XP and Triple Infamy XP gains are coming to Destiny 2 starting with next week’s October 30th update. Double XP is first up for Destiny 2 players, and starts right as the October 30th update goes live with the weekly reset. It will continue until November 2nd, when Triple Infamy XP will activate and last until the next reset, on November 6th....

Destiny 2 players are used to the game’s weekly rhythms by now, but this week’s featured Nightfall: The Ordeal presents fireteams with a unique chance to easily score points. An observant Destiny 2 player has discovered an exploit in the “A Garden World” weekly Nightfall Strike that allows fireteams to efficiently farm enemies for a quick 100,000 points. Weekly Nightfall Strikes offer explorers the opportunity to earn unique Exotic and Legendary rewards, but they can be hard to complete without coordination and/or a pre-assembled fireteam....

With just days to go before Destiny 2: Forsaken finally launches The Last Wish raid, there’s no doubt that a plethora of Guardians are doing their best in order to reach the recommended power level for the forthcoming event. While it provides a more difficult challenge, one could always buff their character by completing Heroic versions of Public Events for more potent rewards. This week, one Destiny 2 fan looked through the game description details for Shadowkeep and discovered a pre-order bonus tied to the DLC....

The holidays have finally arrived inside of Destiny 2 with Eva Levante bringing back the annual Dawning celebration. As expected, players will be backing lots of treats for the various characters around the world of Destiny 2. This year, however, an exotic ship called the Spiritfarer 7M can be had and each step of the new quest that is completed will unlock a new customization option such as engine effects, animated shader, and more....

Update: Bungie tweeted a correction to the original schedule, saying that the third week of Trials of the Nine will be Countdown instead of Survival. So it does appear that, at least for now, Countdown and Survival modes will alternate for Trials of the Nine. It has been a pretty well known fact for quite some time now that Destiny’s endgame PvP experience, Trials of Osiris, would return in Destiny 2 but under the new moniker Trials of the Nine....

Although Destiny has always been a multi-platform game, there are elements of the title that made it feel like one console was ahead of the other. Certain exotic weapons, maps, and missions were available on PS4 well before they were on Xbox One, which put one community in a different place than the other. But the good news was always that core Destiny content was always available at the same time – from The Dark Below to Rise of Iron, everything hit simultaneously....
