On the surface, the new Leviathan raid in Destiny 2 might seem like a massive place, but players actually have no idea how big it is until they do a little exploring. While the meat of the raid is composed of a large hub area and four split off “boss fight” rooms, there is also an expansive labyrinth that connects everything underneath Emperor Calus’ ship. It is in this labyrinth that players will find the areas where they can use their Drain key, their Aqueduct key, and their Conduit key....

With Friday finally here, Destiny 2 fans know that the exotic merchant Xur has finally arrived somewhere in the world. These days, the arrival isn’t always as exciting as it used to be thanks in large part to his inventory being comprised of items only from the first year of Destiny 2. By this point, it’s likely that most players already have these exotic pieces. Thankfully, the silver lining to this situation is that random rolls add a new twist to these classic items....

Going into the launch of Destiny 2’s Forsaken expansion, developer Bungie promised players the biggest raid they had ever seen. More boss fights, more open space, and more encounters was enough to have Guardians salivating at the prospect of going into the Year 2 endgame. But while the sheer size of the Last Wish raid is impressive, equally notable is the size of its final boss: Riven. An Ahamkara (Wish Dragon) only heard of in Destiny lore up until that point, Riven of a Thousand Voices was a formidable foe for fireteams....

Much like every other expansion that has come to the game so far, Destiny 2’s Forsaken expansion is sending players to new locations. And today Bungie showed off a teaser for one of them: The Tangled Shore. The Tangled Shore is the first of two locations being added to Destiny 2 with Forsaken, the other being the Dreaming City, an endgame zone. The Tangled Shore is where players will likely spend most of their time during the Forsaken campaign, for it is home to the Barons that players will track down before confronting Uldren Sov, as a very audible distressed Ikora Rey notes in the trailer....

July 7 is here, which means that the fan holiday turned official Bungie celebration has arrived. Bungie Day is all about the community, which means that all of Destiny 2’s announcements this morning focus on ways that players can earn special in-game and out-of-game rewards for sticking with the looter shooter during Year 2. This list of challenges should help keep players busy as they count down the days to Shadowkeep’s launch window....

There are a lot of exotic weapon and armor pieces in Destiny 2 that have been disabled due to a game-breaking bug related to them, and Telesto is on the top of that list. Telesto is an exotic fusion rifle that was added originally in Destiny 1. And since then, it has been breaking the game in any way possible. PvE activities like Blind Well, which was added in Forsaken, are one of the prime examples of glitches that include Telesto....

While a large portion of Destiny 2 players is able to enjoy the new Black Armory expansion that launched last week, there is a subset who cannot. Instead of the new forge activity and the Scourge of the Past raid, these players have been met with error code after error code, to the point it is actually hurting their experience. In the Northeastern part of the United States, Destiny 2 players have struggled to gain access to the game since the launch of Black Armory on December 4th....

While the original Destiny initially struggled with delivering its story to players, one of the standout characters that most gravitated towards was the Hunter Vanguard Cayde-6. Voiced by veteran actor Nathan Fillion, Cayde gave the game personality and humor with his wild antics and anecdotes. To the surprise of many, Cayde’s time in this franchise came to an end much sooner than many thought as the well received Forsaken expansion for Destiny 2 saw the Hunter struck down by the game’s villain and his Barons....

The Destiny 2 beta is going on now, and while it’s primary function is to test the game’s servers prior to launch of the full game this fall, it also provides players a chance to give feedback on what they feel is and isn’t working. Many of those complaints have been leveled at Destiny 2’s PvE, which players are experiencing through the game’s first story mission and the strike that are included in the beta....

Love is once again in the air as Destiny’s Valentine’s Day inspired event is finally live in the Tower. Known as Crimson Days, this new Destiny 2 version brings back the 2v2 Clash playlist from its predecessor. The new round based mode, also introduces a new map called The Burnout, which is a reimagined take on The Burning Shrine, a popular Cruible map from the first game. Players who stick together will also find that their abilities recharge slightly faster as compared to those who lone wolf....

Colossal Order brought the news that Cities: Skylines would be getting its first expansion pack last week, but only delivered a tentative 2015 release date. One week later, the studio has now announced the official release date for the game, revealing that gamers will only have one more month of waiting before launch. The After Dark expansion will introduce the oft-requested feature of a day and night cycle, as well as transporation methods, time-based hotspots, and a substantial visual overhaul to the game itself....

We already knew Crash Bandicoot: On The Run was incredibly popular, but we now have some official revenue numbers to match up with its install base. According to a new report from Sensor Tower, On The Run managed to earn nearly $700K in revenue during its first week on the market. The report goes on to state Crash Bandicoot: On The Run’s performance “compares favorably” to many other titles from King, including Candy Crush Jelly Saga....
