Patch notes for Dark Souls 3’s upcoming The Ringed City DLC launch have been made available on the official Japanese website. That patch, which has been translated within the Dark Souls 3 community, is tentatively planned for release on March 24. That’s four days prior to the official launch of The Ringed City DLC. Note that while the patch is coming to all supported platforms, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC, it’ll also include PvP arenas exclusive to Ashes of Ariandel and Season Pass purchasers....
Behaviour Interactive kicked off the month by releasing a big update for its asymmetrical horror game Dead by Daylight. The ongoing “A Binding of Kin” Dead by Daylight chapter introduced a new Killer and Survivor, but much of the game’s focus has since shifted to holiday festivities. Today, Behaviour announced players will be able to get a free cosmetic for Silent Hill’s Cheryl Mason as part of its 2020 Advent Calendar....
Support for Dead by Daylight continues to roll out from developer Behaviour Interactive. On Wednesday, Behaviour announced the release a brand new Tome, the multiplayer horror game’s unique take on seasonal/battle pass content. Titled “Unleashed,” Tome 5 is packed with new content, including memories for The Hillbilly, The Blight, and survivor Nea Karlsson, but that’s not all that’s available in Dead by Daylight as Halloween returns to the asymmetric multiplayer game....

Demon Slayer The Movie: Mugen Train debuted in Japan with a record-breaking $44 million its opening weekend. In addition to becoming the best performing film in the world this weekend, the action-adventure anime film has also scored the biggest opening gross of any film in Japan, foreign and domestic. Directed by Haruo Sotozaki, Mugen Train serves as a direct sequel to the Demon Slayer anime series based on the manga series by Koyoharu Gotōge, with the main Japanese and English cast returning to voice their respective characters....
Destiny players have continued to find ways to keep entertaining themselves in the Crota’s End raid, long after their gear has out leveled the challenge. Every class has managed to solo the game’s normal mode, and players are now racing to see who can clear it the fastest. There’s even a Guardian who managed to beat the raid without even firing his gun. Crota’s End has become so easy for so many players, that a good portion of them are now turning their attention to the raid’s hard version, with reports coming in about players pulling off impressive feats in that mode as well....
After Destiny 2 players complete the second part of the Mysterious Box quest that requires them to get the Black Armory Key and finally open the Mysterious Box after weeks of earning keys, the third and final step of the quest that ultimately leads to the exotic sniper rifle Izanagi’s Burden begins. But many players may run into a hiccup right away, as they need to complete a Rare Black Armory bounty....
Following last week’s surprising announcement delaying Destiny 2: Beyond Light into November, it’s likely that most players probably didn’t expect any additional announcements from Bungie so soon. However, Bungie dropped a new trailer showcasing the upcoming Stasis abilities during the Xbox Games Showcase. Players got to see all sorts of interesting ice-type powers including ice grenades, ice daggers, and some really unique looking super abilities. While pretty cool, Microsoft had a couple more announcements for Destiny 2 players currently on the Xbox....
The enemies in Destiny 2 are about to get a bit more difficult. Developer Bungie has detailed some ways it is looking to increase the difficulty of enemies in PvE and directly affect how much a player’s power level helps them defeat those enemies. This difficulty tuning pass will launch at the beginning of the game’s Season 3, which coincides with the release of the Warmind expansion on May 8....
For many Destiny 2 players, the party is over. Bungie has launched a server-side fix that will prevent AFK Forge Farming and ostensibly kills the Umbral Engram power level exploit that players discovered last week. The new fix makes it so that players have to requeue a Destiny 2 forge any time that one is completed. It doesn’t matter if the Forge activity is a failure or a success, there is at least one button press required to start a new Forge run....
Destiny 2 will continue to build on some tried-and-true elements of Destiny 1, with one of those being Public Events. In the first game, Public Events were random instances that spawned into the open world sections of the game, allowing multiple random players to meet on the spot and complete a single objective like defending an object from incoming enemies or hunting down a powerful foe. Destiny 2 will have those same Public Events and more, including Heroic versions that will reward players with extra loot....
