Destiny 2 fans have been eagerly awaiting details on the game’s next expansion - promised to be one of the most ambitious updates to date. During Gamescom’s Opening Night Live, we got our first proper look at Beyond Light. Bungie teased the reveal earlier this week with a cryptic tweet and an image: “Embrace darkness. Tune in for a deeper look at Stasis,” reads the tweet. What is “Beyond Light”? The most obvious answer would be “darkness”, and the next expansion is bringing Darkness-powered subclasses to the game, along with ice-based powers and more as players trek across the icy tundra of Europa....

With the expansion Beyond Light now only 10 days away from launch, fans have begun preparing for the many changes set to arrive to Destiny 2. One of the bigger changes coming to the game is the Destiny Content Vault, a feature Bungie is using to remove legacy and outdated content from the game. The studio has managed to tie the disappearing content into the expansions narrative, though it also means that a big list of currencies, items, and quests are also leaving the game....

Since Destiny 2’s Last Wish raid went live, players have done the seemingly impossible. This list ranges from defeating one of the bosses solo to completing the perfectionist Petra’s Run version of the raid with a 3-man team. Now, there’s a new achievement to add to the list. As seen in the video below, YouTuber Gladd and his fireteam completed the raid without firing a single shot from any guns. They only used their abilities such as Golden Guns (GG) and grenades to clear this raid....

The Destiny 2 gameplay reveal is happening today, but that hasn’t stopped some gamers from releasing a few details about the game early. In fact, just this morning, a leaker revealed quite a few gameplay, weapon, and character class changes coming to the title via NeoGAF, most of which seem like they will be welcome changes to the game. Based on the leaks shared prior to the first Destiny reveal a few years ago, gamers can expect most, if not all, of this leaked information to be correct....

There is always a lot of hype around a new raid activity in the Destiny franchise, with raids being one of the pinnacle and most unique activities in the game. Destiny 2 will soon release its Warmind DLC on May 8, and included in the expansion is a new raid lair, titled Spire of Stars. As is always the case, the Spire of Stars raid lair is being kept well under wraps with virtually nothing known about it outside of the title....
