It’s been a few days since the launch of the Leviathan raid in Destiny 2 and players are slowly making their way through the endgame experience. Some have been able to conquer the raid immediately, and with only four people, while others are still trying to understand the various ins and outs of Leviathan. What are Calus Tokens? One element of the raid that is not made clear at the outset is the Calus Token, which drops from chests at the end of each section and those found in the Leviathan’s complex underbelly....

Skill-based matchmaking in Destiny 2’s PvP Quick Play playlist was turned off in a recent patch, according to a report by Bungie. Bungie currently has no immediate fix in mind, instead choosing to take notes on the bug’s affect on overall game health while it prepares a potential bandage for the issue. In its official post, Bungie had this to say about the bug in Destiny 2: This comes at the same time as Bungie’s change to Destiny 2’s ranked mode, and seems to bring these two different types of play into two very different - and some would argue appropriate - directions of seriousness....

Steve Cotton, World Director at Bungie, has clarified that Destiny 2’s new open world Lost Sectors will be entirely “hand crafted.” Steve was responding to a fan question on Twitter, which asked whether Lost Sectors would be procedurally generated, something Bungie hasn’t experimented with yet in Destiny. While Lost Sectors, and likely most Destiny 2 content, will remain authored, Steve did mention that he’s a fan of “procedural possibilities.” Lost Sectors are one of Destiny 2’s exciting new features, part of Bungie’s reworking of open world environments....

Although many would argue that Destiny 2 does not feature major changes when it comes to its foundation, developer Bungie is still finding ways to keep players on their toes. One way the studio is seemingly going to do that in the endgame is with a new difficulty tier called Prestige. While nothing official has been revealed by Bungie, the release of Destiny 2’s trophy/achievement list has outed a few things about the game....

It’s a little hard to believe it has already been a week since the release of The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt, especially after waiting so long for the game to come out. Supermarket Shriek has you take the role of a runaway shopping cart that’s piloted by a screaming shopper and his pet goat. Or it’s a goat that he picked up during his screaming rampage. It’s sort of hard to tell....

This Chilling Adventures of Sabrina review contains no spoilers, except for some information that was presented in the series’ trailers. During the Dark Souls craze last generation, tons of developers were jumping on the Soulslike bandwagon. Mojang recently held its Minecraft Live event, which introduced us to the Caves and Cliffs update that introduces new mobs and biomes. For years, the Minecraft community has been asking for a cave update. Its such a popular demand, in fact, that it nearly became a meme. Mojang’s Agnes Larsson told us that the cave update took so long because it wanted to make sure that it got it right and that it was everything that the community wanted it to be....

Crusader Kings 3 is well-known for being a political intrigue simulator that spans history, pitting players against ruthlessly cunning opponents that will stop at nothing to gain more land for its empire. Mount and Blade 2: Bannerlord is light and arguably esoteric in its intrigue and diplomacy, yet its battles taking place with a bevy of warriors at players’ beck and call are impressive even in Early Access. Crusader King 3 has some of the most anticlimactic battles possible, whether players are invading the capital of an invading kingdom or shoring up defensive perimeters from banditry....

Night City was already a strange place, but this latest discovery takes the dystopian town to new heights. One player inadvertently stumbled into a cult meeting, complete with eerie music, symbolic gestures, and terrified citizens. Or – maybe it’s just another hilarious bug. Cyberpunk 2077 has been filled to the brim with problems and controversy since its release. The most desired DLC for Dead by Daylight has finally arrived outside of the player test build- the Silent Hill Chapter. However, even players who don’t have the DLC have the possibility to encounter the newest killer while surviving: Pyramid Head. In Dead by Daylight, Pyramid Head is known by his title as the Executioner. His main ability, Rites of Judgement, allow him to completely change up how rounds in Dead by Daylight play out by allowing Pyramid Head to sacrifice survivors without the usage of hooks....

During its fourth-anniversary livestream, Behaviour Interactive announced huge undertakings for the asymmetrical horror game Dead by Daylight, including a crossover with Konami’s Silent Hill franchise. The biggest technical feat Behaviour announced was its intent to implement crossplay between consoles and PC for Dead by Daylight, and today it provided details on what to expect. Having crossplay on different devices, as well as cross progression for players who utilize multiple platforms, have been highly requested features for the game according to Behaviour Interactive’s blog post....

Despite being promised otherwise, developers hard at work on the upcoming Cyberpunk 2077 will be crunching to meet its November release date, Bloomberg’s Jason Schreier reports. On Monday, studio head Adam Badowski informed employees via that they will be forced to work six-day weeks on the hotly anticipated game. “Starting today,” Badowski wrote, “the entire studio is in overdrive.” He informed employees that their extra work entailed a “typical amount of work and one day of the weekend....

With over a hundred Exotics to chase, Destiny 2 has no shortage of objectives and quests for players to pursue. Some of these Exotics come with unique quests that require specific challenges to be completed. The odd Rat King Exotic Sidearm is a great example of this. For such a small weapon, this gun packs some serious firepower when in a team of other Guardians wielding it. Earning this weapon requires some work, though....

Destiny 2: Beyond Light has been delayed to November 10, 2020. It was originally scheduled to release on September 22, 2020. In a recent blog post, Bungie said that the COVID-19 pandemic has made things challenging for the team, but despite that, they are still committed to giving gamers the best experience possible. They said, “Over the coming weeks, we’ll be unveiling more of what we’re working on for Beyond Light and what that also means for Season of Arrivals, which will now extend to November 10....

Destiny 2 fans are all-too familiar with the weekly milestones, the activities that bring players back every week to get new powerful gear. However, Destiny 2’s big Forsaken expansion is changing up how milestones work, especially for the Flashpoint milestone. According to this month’s Game Informer magazine, the Flashpoint milestone will now be on a four-day cycle, meaning that the Flashpoint planet will be changing before each weekly reset. In the Game Informer article, Bungie stated that Flashpoints, along with Crucible, Vanguard, and Gambit-related nodes, will refresh on a four-day cycle, while the raids will still refresh on a weekly basis....
