Yes, there is indeed a collectible Destiny 2-themed ring Bungie is releasing that you can get your hands on for a modest $777,777. Well, $777,777 and 77 cents to be exact. You might need to dig around in your couch to see if you can scrape together enough spare change for this one.

Okay, before you go and take out a second mortgage on your house, there is a way you can get the ring for a comparatively-less-steep-but-still-a-bit-steep $124.99. Hold on to your wallets.

As a means of celebrating the recently-launched Destiny 2 Moments of Triumph 2020 event, Bungie has decided to bring back five old Destiny 2 Raids - Leviathan, Eater of Worlds, Spire of Stars, Crown of Sorrow, and Scourge of the Past. These Raids will be removed this September upon the release of the upcoming expansion Beyond Light, so Bungie is making a big fuss over them as a bit of a celebratory send-off.

As an added bonus these Raids will be uncapped, meaning players can farm as much loot from them as they desire between now and September without the weekly limits standing in their way.

Back to the ring, players who complete all five Raids mentioned above will get a sweet in-game Raid Ring emblem, and will also be able to get their hands (fingers?) on the almighty (real-life) Bungie Rewards Raid Ring for $124.99. So just apply the special code you get given upon completion of all five to get that $777 652.78 off.

The special collector’s edition ring was designed by RockLove in official collaboration with Bungie. It’s composed of solid artisan sterling silver and hand-painted black enamel, depicting a skull, sword, and chain combo flanked by two Tricorn logos on the ring shank. Around the ring’s inner band you’ll find an engraved quote by Commander Zavala: “We walked to the end of the world and beyond.”

It all looks and sounds super cool, but it’s up to you whether it’s worth the steep price. Suppose it’s a pretty decent improvement on $777k, though.
