A Destiny 2 player has found himself on the receiving end of a 750-power tier without putting in the graft, thanks to a glitch in the game.
The title’s Season of Opulence kicked off this week, leaving the fanbase eager to participate in the Destiny 2 Crown of Sorrow raid, as completion leaves players with a 750 power cap. However, one player was able to harness the light without putting in the work and going straight past the requisite loot haul.
The player managing to reach 750 in a matter of hours past the release of the Season of Opulence is the result of a glitch linked to his Gambit Infamy rank. The glitch allowed the player to continuously reset his Gambit Infamy rank and claim a reward every time, so it was only a matter of time before he was able to get his hands on max power level gear and reach the 750 cap.
