Dauntless’s update 1.2.1 has arrived and it brings a new Easter event to the island.

Springtide has sprung in Dauntless, and as with so many other games, this means an Easter-themed event featuring adorable bunnies and hunting for eggs.

In this case, the bunnies are called Pufflehops, and they’re as cute as you’d expect. They’re a new arrival to the island and they must be protected at all costs. Why? Because they lay eggs. A new hunt will first have you searching for eggs hidden all around the island, and then you’ll herd Pufflehops into a new pen. After that, you’ll protect your new bunny friends from a Styixian invasion.

To get started, head to the central plaza in Ramsgate and talk to Markus the Bosun. From there, select “Event Hunt” in the map menu to start your hunt. It’s a three-parter, so prepare for a long haul.

Also, there are rewards. For saving the Pufflehops and finding their eggs, you’ll get “carrot chips” to trade for Springtide-themed cosmetic items such as flares, dyes, banners, emotes, and more. You can also earn 50 carrot chips for doing non-Pufflehop-related hunts, so now is the time to log in and slay some monsters.

Dauntless’s Springtide event runs from now until April 23.
