In Cyberpunk 2077, style is everything, and everyone knows that when a video game gives players a plethora of clothing options to sport, 9 times out of 10, you’re sporting those clothing options purely for cosmetic reasons and not necessarily because those options are “practical.”
It’s all about looking how you want to look. Not about being functional. It’s understandable then that the number of clothing options in the game can feel overwhelming at first when trying to figure out your V’s style. So, here are stylish items that should help you in your selection. At least one item in every clothing slot, barring the special slot, will be featured here just to keep things a bit more even.
10 Durable Emerald Speed Polyamide Beanie
If your V is the type that likes to wear winter caps in the summer, then this is the hat for them. Beanie hats in general are pretty nice because they can go with any kind of casually-oriented style without sticking out too much.
They aren’t really necessary because it’s not like V is liable to catch a cold any time soon, but it’s not like any particular player is going to be wearing any particular thing strictly for practicality purposes anyway. The option is nice to have if you aren’t the type that wants to wear basic baseball caps.
9 Gold Punk Aviators With Coated Glass
Most of the facial options in the game lean heavily in one direction or the other. You’re either wearing it because one: it looks pretty ridiculous, like a gas mask, or two: it fits with some of the more specific outfit options, like a visor.
One option you can’t really go wrong with, though, is the aviators. The recommendation here is any pair of aviators with opaque lenses. Some have more transparent lenses, which are also nice, but those transparent lenses are usually in specific colors that may not match with the rest of your outfit. Plus, the sense of mystery that black, opaque lenses afford V just can’t be ignored.
8 Flexi-Duolayer Harem Pants
Simple, sleek, and comfy. These pants certainly share a good mix of style and comfort, and sometimes that’s all you really need. The relative simplicity of their design means that they can go with just about any kind of casual style, and it helps that there are a few different colored variants of them in the game.
They’re a pretty solid compromise between loose-fits and slim-fits. So, if your V isn’t really a fan of how skinny the skinny jeans are, how baggy the loose-fits are, or how edgy/punk-ish some of the straight-cuts are these pants might be for them.
7 Rosa Escarlata Polyamide-Weave Slim-Fits
Looking at these pants at face value, they’re little more than your average slim-fits. It’s the rose pattern that really puts these slim-fits together, though. They turn these pants into something a lot more elegant.
The red pattern accenting the black material is very pleasing to look at, and it makes them feel like more than just a pair of average pants to slip on. They feel more like pants you wear for a special occasion because not many other slim-fit pants have this sort of design to them in the game.
6 Street Shoes With Multilayered Protection
What they say on the tin, street shoes are kicks for those that like to keep their feet on the streets of Night City while still keeping up appearances. The game features a fair number of colors for street shoes, which give players a good number of options when it comes to color coordination.
The high-top style of these shoes gives a nice alternative for players who may not be interested in boots or regular high tops in the game, which usually don’t have the same kind of color options from item to item. They’re a solid and flexible pair of kicks all around.
5 Milky Trail Ceramic Alloy Canvas Tongues
Probably one of the closest things to “fresh whites” in the game, even if the in-game model looks like more of a yellowish-white. Regardless, anyone who cares about shoes knows that you always need some equivalent to basic white kicks in your collection. They go with everything and are basically built for every occasion.
The tongues’ minimal design philosophy in the game means that they’ll serve those purposes well while complimenting just about anything V wears with it. While the color of the in-game model itself for these particular ones is a little disappointing, the game itself at least knows what these shoes are all about through its description.
4 Holy Rose Multilayer Edgerunner
The jacket selection in Cyberpunk is quite varied. If only one kind had to be chosen, though, then you can’t go wrong with edgerunner jackets. There is a wide selection of them in the game, but the holy rose one gets the nod here due to its unique color scheme and graphic pattern.
Edgerunner jackets as a whole are pretty versatile and flexible, though. So, if your V is ever at a loss for what outerwear they might want to sport, going with an edgerunner is always a fine choice.
3 Soviet Moscow Dream Anti-Shrapnel Bomber
If you’re V is looking for an incredibly flashy jacket option, then this bomber should do the trick. Lined in reflective gold material, V should be pretty much blatantly obvious to anyone that’s in line-of-sight.
Is it going overboard? Of course, it is, but that’s the point. Wearing this bomber means you want to have people’s eyes on you. When you walk into one of the many clubs in the game with this jacket on and start tearing up the dance floor, everyone will know that you’re the real life of the party.
2 Paisley Universe Armor-Coated Button-Up
If your V is a fan of button-ups then this top should have them covered. One of the flashier options in the game, but for good reason. The pattern the top sports is pretty mesmerizing in its own right and as the item’s description says, that blue is indeed very sumptuous.
Whether you’re going on a hot date with one of the game’s romances, just want to strut your stuff on NC’s streets, or just want to look extremely good while killing gangers, this top will serve any player well.
1 Yoru No Samurai GMO-Cotton T-shirt
When it comes to basic tops in the game, Cyberpunk does seem to favor tank tops over regular t-shirts, which practically makes this choice a no-brainer. One of the more aesthetically-pleasing shirts in the game, there’s just something about this shirt that really draws the eye.
Maybe it’s because it’s one of the more detailed graphic tees in the game. The color scheme is great, and the gold, reflective material is also a very nice touch while still managing to not be too flashy. This is definitely a ‘must-have’ shirt.
