Call of Duty: Mobile has managed to find its footing in the mobile shooter arena, even with Fornite and PUBG still dominating the charts. If you have played the mobile Call of Duty entry, you can see the reason for its popularity. It is impressive how developers made the mobile controls not feel too clunky and still capture the feel of current Call of Duty combat.

While the current roster of maps in Call of Duty: Mobile includes a great selection of maps, a new map is coming to the mobile title. You may be excited to hear that the new map is from 2019’s Modern Warfare.

Familiar Maps Arrive On Mobile

In a community update on the Call of Duty: Mobile subreddit, we got a look into a few upcoming maps. Terminal was confirmed to arrive in the mobile title, with the launch of Call of Duty: Mobile Season 10. While Terminal is a beloved fan-favorite map, one user in the comments asked about the Pine map making its official release. For those that missed out on the public test server, Pine was playable for a short time, so the map does exist in some form. The official Call of Duty: Mobile team responded by saying to “keep an eye out this weekend” for more news about other maps. The coy answer is pointing to the popular gunfight map making its official return to the mobile shooter.

Whether Pine will return to the game the same as its test build counterpart is yet to be seen. It would be interesting to see Pine return to Call of Duty: Mobile, but with unique tweaks exclusive to the mobile title as the gunfight map is relatively small. For those of you that may not be excited about maps being added, you will be happy to know that a lot of changes are coming with season 10. If you enjoy fighting zombies, then the Attack of the Undead mode is coming back, alongside a 10 vs. 10 mode titled Shipment 1944. Call of Duty: Mobile popularity only continues to grow, and with Black Ops Cold War releasing soon, expect more content for the mobile game.
