CD Projekt RED revealed new details about one of the biggest gangs in Cyberpunk 2077. Other gangs and corporations have been given reveals, like Kang-Tao, a corporation that makes smart guns, and The Mox, a gang that defends sex workers.

On Twitter, CD Projekt RED shared the logo for a Cyberpunk 2077 gang called the Valentinos. The developer said that the gang is “bound by a strong moral code and century-old traditions.” Just like Cyberpunk 2077 gang the Tyger Claws, which is mostly made up of members from the Japanese ethnic group, the Valentinos control Heywood and has many Latino members. The districts of Night City are split by class, race, and power and players will be able to see this in the game’s gangs.

CD Projekt RED also said that members of the Valentinos “treat values such as honor, justice, and brotherhood with deadly seriousness.” While the video of the gang’s logo doesn’t provide much information on what sort of missions players can expect with the gang, this suggests that Valentinos members won’t be easy to take on.

It also suggests that if Cyberpunk 2077 players do something to hurt the feelings of one member of the gang, they could be pursued by several other members trying to restore their brother’s honor. This gameplay hasn’t been confirmed but it could be hugely entertaining if this is what CD Projekt RED has done.

Fans have been excited by all of these smaller information drops that CD Projekt RED has been giving them on social media. However, many fans say that they are now ready to see some gameplay of these gangs. There have been teases of this, and one fan was able to put together new Cyberpunk 2077 gameplay showing Voodoo Boys member Placide, but they haven’t been able to see many of the other gangs and corporations. The leaked Cyberpunk 2077 rating, which confirmed that the game will have adult themes, has also made fans ask for a gameplay reveal.

A gameplay reveal could be coming soon though, as it has been confirmed that CD Projekt RED will be bringing Cyberpunk 2077 to the IGN Summer of Gaming event in June. The event, which has been created to replace E3 2020 which was canceled because of COVID-19, will feature gameplay reveals and developer interviews. CD Projekt RED hasn’t said what it will be bringing from the game as part of the event, but with all of these social media reveals, it does seem likely that some new gang and corporation gameplay will be shown.

Cyberpunk 2077 launches on September 17, 2020, for PC, PS4, Stadia, and Xbox One.
