According to a Tweet posted by the official Cyberpunk 2077 Twitter account, the Reaver is a vehicle customized by the Wraiths - a nomadic gang which takes up residence in the game’s Badlands area. The car is based on the so-called Type-66 car produced by Quadra - an automotive manufacturer that will feature in the game.

Fittingly, Quadra’s slogan is apparently “Drive to the Future Through the Past.”

The Tweet is accompanied by a 360-degree view of the Reaver, complete with a fitting backdrop of the Wraiths’ very Mad Max-y Badlands home.

You’ll also get to ride around in a suitably maniacal fashion - " eternal, shiny and chrome," that is - thanks to the Reaver’s not-very-modest 1000 horsepower capabilities (apparently equivalent to that of a Ferrari SF90 Stradale or Aston Martin Valhalla in real life). There will probably be a lot of dust.

Cyberpunk 2077 is due to land on a PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, Google Stadia, or PC near you on 17th September 2020.
